    Man I hardly ever think in these terms anymore. It's weird not really having favorite albums other than the ones that have been favorites for years and years. These days I just kind of play music to fit the mood, I don't really listen and evaluate like I used to.

    That said, one album for which my opinion has skyrocketed in the past year is Electric Warrior by T. Rex. I always liked it but now I think it might be the foremost representation of the 1970s as romanticized in my heart and mind.

    It's the best of their 80s albums (yes, even better than Moving Pictures). "Grand Designs" is a pretty dumb song but other than that it's amazing. The lyrics can be stupid in places but I don't generally pay much attention to lyrics.
