Woah, this is not an easy poll.

I find Finding Nemo just a very incredibly beautiful movie. The story is good, but not fantastic.

Wall.E is quite the same, but has a better story, and I still like those fancy colours in Nemo.

Toy Story was good, and I was very impressed that the sequel was also good (maybe better, I only watched it once).

I can't really remember A Bug's Life, I've seen it once as well, maybe that says enough.

Cars was quite disappointing to me, it wasn't a bad film at all, but it was quite slow and the moral was very explicit.

Ratatouille was great and quite original. The Incredibles quite as well. And Monsters Inc. was quite out of this world. So great.

So yeah, all great movies, hard to pick the best.

My favourite would be Finding Nemo (or Monsters Inc.), but the best movie is, I think Wall.E.

WALL-E, but it's an incredibly close call with The Incredibles and Toy Story.

Obviously I'm tempted to say Wall-E. It's the one that's freshest in my mind, and it was certainly spectacular on almost every conceivable level.

Honestly, every Pixar film is incredible, and I would be hard pressed to choose the best, or even list from favorite to least favorite.

I am still amazed at WALL-E. It wasn't just Pixar's best, it was one of the best movies I've ever seen. It was flawless from start to finish, and despite it having clear Pixar qualities, it also brought them to a whole new level. It wasn't sugar coated, it was sad, emotional, romantic, while avoiding post-apocalyptic sci-fi cliches, and it had a subtle yet unforgiving political and philosophical message that was accentuated by the fact that the main character has no political knowledge or goal, and just does what he does out of love. It is really impressive to see Pixar, already considered the best in their craft almost universally, to continue to push themselves to higher levels and draw a more serious and mature audience while not abandoning their own.

here's how I would order the movies. and this is slightly influenced by the fact that I watched every one of these in theaters.
    WALL-E
    Monster's Inc.
    Ratatouille
    Toy Story
    A Bug's Life
    Toy Story 2
    The Incredibles
    Finding Nemo
    Cars

My favourite overall is probably The Incredibles. It just holds a soft place in my heart and its parody of superhero cliches is at times brilliant. But WALL-E will probably overtake it once Ive seen it a few more times. You could take any frame of that movie and have it framed on your wall. The artistic direction is fucking phenomenal.

I really didn't think Wall-E was the most amazing thing ever. It was fine. It had it's enjoyable moments - but I don't think it's OMGZ THE END OF ALL THINGZ AWESOME!

    I voted Toy Story

ok i love Wall-E and all, but I'm finding this a little bit ridiculous that it is winning with fucking 15 votes... I'm going to be snobby and say that I think it's just the new movie effect. Finding Nemo is and probably will remain my favorite. That movie basically captured my heart; I fell in love with it.

Just saw Cars. A visual and emotional triumph. I'd put it high up on the list, the night scene with the neon lights is some of the best CGI in a Pixar film so far. This one was sadly underpromoted. Still gotta see Wall-E... :(

Cars is definitely under appriciated. But I think that's possibly because it's a more personal film, whereas Pixar usually deal with more universal themes.

Fucking A, though I'd say WALL-E is just as, if not more, personal but it has a lot of the personal themes in it too. I've never felt the passion in a Pixar film as strongly as I did with WALL-E. Cars definately doesn't deserve most of the shit it gets. Simple story told well :tup

The main reason Cars gets shit on is because there's no hype or promotion surrounding it, no bells and whistles. Which is odd, since it has the best CGI sequences of any Pixar film. A classic imho.

I haven't seen Wall-E yet (RAGE DELAYED AUSTRALIAN RELEASE DATE RAAAAAAAAGE) so I'm going to refrain from voting until I see it, because from what I am told it's very good. At the moment I'd probably go for Monster's Inc or Toy Story 2.

Sorry, but WALL-E shits over a lot of the sequences in Cars, though Cars is visually amazing too. Cars was the first one to actually make me notice just how good the CG and animation actually was in a Pixar film. I mean I'd always known they were good, but Cars was the first to drop my jaw like that. The Incredibles came close though, I appreciated that one only after the special features/commentary.

I see Cars everywhere. A few weeks after WALL-E was released and all its toys were put another shelf, fucking Cars toys were put where WALL-E toys were. What the flying shit is up with that. WALL-E toys were fucking awesome, Cars is just... fucking cars.

They're fucking talking cars for god's sake!! Toy Story had talking toys, that was just awesome and magical, especially how they would stop moving when humans were around. Finding Nemo personified fish, which is also awesome because they are living things. But cars? Talking cars? It makes as much sense as any other Pixar film but it's just not creative at all.

here's a good idea for a new Pixar film: Chairs. Yeah we'll have talking chairs, one of them aspires to be a boxer. The theme will be that you can do anything if you put your mind to it, even if you want to be a fucking boxing chair. Good idea!

I like toys, okay :) Those WALL-E toys are pretty cool. also you know those pin things that stick out of a platform.... ah hell, it's this thing:

these are fucking awesome. You can make cool shapes and shit.

Anyways I was serious about that Chairs movie. I think it'd really make a good competitor for these animated Dream Works and Pixar films.
