Does anyone know of any 5/8ers who might've been at that screening? It's technically not any "better" or "worse" that way, I'm just curious.
If only guns were easier to get, then hundreds of people could have been opening fire in a small, enclosed area, leading to the shooter being brought to justice
I blame horrible parenting, that creates these kinda of deranged and crazy people. It has nothing to with gun laws or guns being legal or illegal
hey i just read this and this is crazy that depraved gunman just shot a baby (credit goes to my coworker Phillop)
I can prove that a ban on guns would have prevented this. Marijuana is illegal and nobody is able to get it.
Gun ban won't do anything in America, there's too many in circulation already to reverse anything, you dun goofed, ect.
Hey, chz, way to go blaming "people" for this, you stereotyper. Just because one person did this, you should not assume that 100% of "people" are going to act the same way. I can only guess that a "person" did something bad to you once and now you blame all of them for it, but it's not their fault. Not all "people" are bad like that. Open your eyes and stop being a bigot!
[12:26:30] [+fluorescent236] man this colorado shooting bullshit is gonna be on tv all day [12:26:33] [+fluorescent236] that guy was a fucking noob [12:26:41] [+fluorescent236] he had an assault rifle and a shotgun, not to mention handguns, in a small area [12:26:47] [+fluorescent236] if he knew what he was doing, he could've killed everyone in there [12:27:05] [+fluorescent236] i would've walked in and blasted all 8 shots out of the shotty then started fucking single shotting fuckers with the ar [12:30:12] [@Bacong] lol fluorescent236 [12:30:40] [+fluorescent236] dude seriously [12:30:44] [+fluorescent236] he could've killed so many more people [12:30:53] [+fluorescent236] he must've had a cl_flushentitypacket or someshit happen
[12:41:08] <ohgar> i find this shit interesting. i hope another shooting happens [12:41:13] <ohgar> but that never happens [12:41:14] <stroker> except that's what happens
[12:36:07] <ohgar> lol @ people staying home from the theaters because of the colorado shooting [12:37:05] <ohgar> there's just as much of a chance of a shooting happening today as there was 1 week ago. it happens on occasion within large populations. when you do anything you are taking the small risk that a crazy person will kill you. riding a bus, going to church, seeing a movie [12:37:23] <ohgar> it's not like crazy people can't march into your home and shoot you either [12:37:37] <ohgar> even if you lock your doors they can break the window [12:37:53] <ohgar> you are never 100% safe so take a fucking chance you fucking pussies
That's not true. You could make it a helluva a lot harder to get guns, for starters, and while getting them out of the hands of organized crime would be tough keeping them from ever being sold to batshit crazy (legally) doped up white kids from the suburbs would not be. I know thinking outside libertarian rhetoric is hard for you, but just maybe use this as an excuse to consider when the "right to bear arms" has actually helped stabilize situations like this ever.
Guys, because I live 5 minutes away from this tragedy I have a special bond to it. I would appreciate it if your posts were sensitive to my situation. If you are unsure whether a post is appropriate please pm me and I will approve it. Thank you and I will get through this.

I got my first gun when I was 6. It was Christmas gift and my parents pretended they didn't get it. I had finished opening up my Big Wheel and I thought that was it so I started crying but then they came down stair with another present and a foreigner. The gun was so cool and then I got to shoot the weird foreigner. Then we ate and ate and ate Christmas Cheetos and talked about all the places on the map we couldn't identify laughing and laughing and eating Christmas Cheetos. As I went to sleep that night I thought about how lucky I was to be an American and own a gun and be ignorant and that I wasn't born in Straya.
I've got guns and guns. Generally I avoid discharging them when pointed towards people. More people have drowned in rivers within ten miles of me than have died of gun violence in the year I've been out here. EDIT - Incidentally, just saw this on facebook: A good friend from my hometown was shot in the Denver Batman movie attack (thankfully he will be okay). Please keep him and all those affected in your thoughts. And then the friend's post is quoted: Shot in the leg at Batman. Where is he when you need him. Please pray for everyone there.
Did Liberals hire this guy to make the connection between Bane and Mitt Romney? More on that after I deliver the news you already heard about this tragedy in a more somber tone than I normally do because I am somber. Somber.
>The Dark Knight >1 person dead >1 billion gross >The Dark Knight Rises >12 people dead >projected 12 billion gross
I'm already getting tired of people in my office talking about it. And by that, I don't mean like this thread. It's all people saying things like "I can't belief someone would do something like this... oh my god!" Seriously, just go back to work.
