What should I do here? (Ebay)

I bought 2 boxing DVDs from this bitch and she sent me burned copies (not in description) that didn't work. I emailed her saying I wanted a refund or new discs and she hasn't replied. I sent a PayPal complaint saying that The item was not as described and she replied with tracking info for the discs that she originally sent me. Now, I would love to drive to Ohio just to kick her in the face, but I'd be okay with a refund and a ruined Ebay reputation/cancelled account for her. what should I do?
