@ those familiar with synths/effects

    what's the name of the one effect that you can put on a synth voice to make the notes 'blend together'? for instance, instead of the pitch being changed altogether when you change notes, the one note just kind of 'bends' to the next, and the higher the value of the ffect, the more dramatic the bend is. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

    It's called Portamento. Though on my Micromoog, it's called Glide.
