The unemployed man offered to take the dog for a walk and then stopped at a bar where he convinced the owner to buy the 3-year-old dog for 40 euros ($53). He gave the dog back? What a jackass. Now the guy can sell it again, make some money, and some poor sucker will give it back to the kid. She's in on it. It's a scam I tells ya.
Eugh, i hate the idea that people might even consider doing this with any domestic animal, let alone a loved one's pet.
