with you the mini-games rewards, although I think they took a significant step further with the upgrade system

the thing Kay See says about Groose is a very interesting thought and quite a brick-shitter moment.
especially since they spend the whole game turning him from the stupid jock into a friend. How awesome would a last scene have been where he backstabs old Impa(not necessarily literal)? But I´n not sure how that would tie in with their established timeline....oh well[\spoiler]

I think the real ending makes a lot more sense than that. It's basically explaining why every time there is a hero (Link/Zelda), there is a villain (Ganondorf, Vaati etc..). The "Groose ending" would basically make it 100% lineage based which I find much more ridiculous.

It's a good thought though for sure. I just don't see how that would have made a better ending.

So fucking retarded. Didn't make sense at all for a brief moment. Do I have a brain hemorrhage? Is my IQ in the Special Education range?

For fucks sake that was SUCH an idiotic idea.

I'm not head over heels over my own idea, was a theory I developed as I was playing the game and wanted to share my disappointment saying how logically it COULD have made a little bit of sense. May not have been better, but it would have been more entertaining than that ONE text line that somehow creates the continuity and history of Gannon/Gannondorf.

    KC you need to relax

also Scary Ed I don't think Demise accounts for Vaati, Malladus, or any other villain, only Ganondorf, since they relatively look alike and Ganondorf is by far the main villain of the series and the one that's done the most damage. also, Ganondorf's theme plays before the final battle :ohshit

Perhaps. I don't personally give a shit about the timeline anyway. I just love playing the games.

I doubt that book comes out here, but I do hope at least a scan is available for download somewhere. Extra points if someone translates and uploads it. Seems pretty interesting. At least enough to warrant a quick read through just for fun.
