Lol, I hope the Swiss destroy the Turkish. Won't happen because their best player and playmaker is out for the rest of the tournament, but one can always hope :dance

I'm sorry I don't like this specific social construct.

But hey, at least I'm not a Mexican.

It should be kind of obvious...

Soccer is a social sport that unites friends, family, cities, and countries together. Social introverts don't want none of that shit.

I really, really want a Portugal/Netherlands draw next round. Payback will be a fucking bitch and I can't wait to see Ronaldo crying again.

Well it won't be next round, hopefully somewhere along the line.

The Czechs are playing pretty damn good, Ronaldo hasn't been much of a problem yet. God I hope Dirtygal lose.

Goddammit Pepe is so awesome. Apart from Cronaldo I think he's their best player.

    Dear Tommy Smyth,

Yes, Ronaldo did get tripped there. But they won't call the small things like that on Ronaldo anymore. That's what happens when you're a diving cunt, it's called 'crying wolf'.

Fairly non-eventful result. Top teams in a group meet, might be a winner, Czech's probably still through.

Not sure, how does the offside rule work in Portugals turd? Is it that in that situation no one can possibly be offside?
Although the commentator did say Quaresma was definitely onside, which says to me he could have been off, or was it just crap wording?

Erm, in regards to the third goal, noone was offside. Ronaldo was just onside when the free kick was taken by Deco (the player on the left side of the pitch/bottom of the tv screen played him on), and the rule about offsides when all attacking players are behind the defensive players is that the attacking player to whom the ball is passed must be BEHIND the ball when it is kicked to him, which Quaresma was.

So I'm not sure what you're referring to in terms of the offside rule?

Eer, obviously the state of play of Quaresma when Ronaldo passed to him.

I thought it might be a backwards pass.

The pass went forwards but Quaresma was behind the ball when it was played so there's nothing wrong with it.
