Germany get such easy passes through major tournaments, it's ridiculous. They're a really good team, and naturally one of the favourites every time round because of that, but they never have to play any good teams until the semis in most major tournaments, it's crazy! Though it's true that Croatia will be a tricky game, I would fully expect Germany and Croatia to sail through this group.

Good performance by Portugal last night, after a boring first match. I'm really looking forward to tomorrow though, the first game between two awesome teams - Italy and Holland.

Kick off in 10 minutes (arms)

Unfortunately I don't have a TV, but thanks to my resourcefulness I'm watching it online.

Shame that it's in Italian though.

We started watching Czech-Switz yesterday, but at half time we went outside and got really drunk and had a barbecue and missed the second half. Was it any better than the first half?

Yeah that one is a bit odd. Although I guess if you grew up somewhere most of your life you would probably consider yourself a citizen (i.e more German than Polish in his case). I agree less with players going off and playing for Countries which they have connections with and they haven't even been there. That happens often with some English players (often with African connections)

    YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Edit: What i meant was that many people here have polish names, which doesn't mean they are polish. I had a friend a few years ago called Markowski, and he was german through and through.

Podolski is Polish, he often goes there to stay with his family and his grandma makes him delicious perogies [citation needed]. He doesn't really deny his roots.

Klose is a traitorous faggot who wants nothing to do with Poland.

anyway what I'm getting at is that Germany is gay, hope this helps
