Flights from Detroit to Baltimore are half the price of tickets from Detroit to Philly. Philly and Baltimore are equidistant to Lancaster.

    Baltimore is 50 miles farther.

If it's half the price, it could be worth the extra bus fare or travel time or gas money or whatever, I guess.

It's not the rape I'm afraid of... it's getting preggers... I can't afford to raise an illegitimate kid right now.

    I have not actually...

    Using the exact locations:

    Philadelphia International > Long's Park = 68.1 mi

    Baltimore International > Long's Park = 89.6 mi

Still not much of a difference.

Oh I did just from Lancaster. I'm probably coming in on Thursday with Bacong so directions from the park don't matter for my situation. I think Curb is gonna get us. Try directions from his house to the airports.

I also thought maybe if we go to the bar literally right next to my house to drink maybe I could let some of the underage people use my room as long as Jeremy is there to lay down the law.

Okay, well, regardless of distance, if someone flying into Baltimore can't crash at someone's place in that area, I or someone can drive and get them, and someone can go separately to Philly airport, assuming the same arrangements don't work out.

I guess I'll try to make it... do you need any of my info or anything? If I'm going to come up, I'm just going to drive... I would need a place to stay... and I would like to go to both Lancaster and NY...

Also, if anyone from Richmond wants to carpool or whatever, that would be really cool. Splitting gas would be really AWESOME.

Bought a $2 scratchie, won a free one.

The free one didn't win anything. I'll try again tomorrow.

If it gets dire, we can have more than 15, but I'm gonna stick by that number for now. Also, people coming to my house will have to deal with horrors of no alcohol.

Well, we have 21-22 people coming to Lancaster, as of now. You housing 15+Adam housing 4+Travis and myself housing 2 each=about enough. Plus, I'm sure some people will want to sleep in a hotel (able to sleep in a bed).

So how exactly do we address each other at these meet-ups? I almost want to call everyone by their usernames, aside from the people i know in real life.

I think we should pick up those "Hello my name is:" tags and write our user name and real name and refer to each other how we please.

Are any of the Lancaster underagers going to NY? See, I understand that we can have fun without alcohol and all that, but the crowd that go out to EVERY BAR AND CLUB IN NYC WOOOOO (or something like that) are going to have undeniably better stories/pictures.

We really don't know yet, bro.

So far I'm wondering what I should bring. I'm guessing just a few pair of underwear/socks and some shorts and 4-5 shirts.

In NYC, we'll have something set up so that people CAN drink, but also UNDER 21ers can join us. (ala twins, 2006).

By the way, for the 2006 meetup..I wasn't 21, but BMWrestler had me doing Irish car bombs all afternoon.

Or at least, do that, then do something else.

yeah, I measured from my parents' place (which is where I'd most likely be leaving from to pick you up), which is like 30 minutes outside of lancaster city (but IN lancaster county).

at any rate, no matter when/where anyone decides to come in (baltimore, philly, etc.), i have several options as to where i can stay and leave from to maximize efficiency. so no worries.

    Sounds good.

If anyone else is able to get a flight into BWI sometime Thursday, late afternoon / evening, that'd be great. Then I can maybe get a few other people at the same time and save gas.

    UNLESS

Antipop, do you wanna pick up moonmang and bacong from BWI on Thursday, house them for the night, and just bring them up with you on Friday? how many people would you be able to do that for?

I can hold 4 others in my car. I don't know if cruiser or some of those FL people need a ride/place to crash.
Other than that, if there's room, my place and car are open.

We'll figure stuff out as it gets closer and plans solidify.

you mean you got $11 total, $5 winnings after the cost of the 3 tickets? Of course then factor in yesterday's scratchy and that's another $2 cut to your funds. So $3

    :(

No, I'm just factoring in the winnings. On net profit, I'm acutally down $3.
