Nono, by that I meant it's not real camping. It would just be in one of those lots where you rent a space and have a bonfire and drink, and then pass out in your tent overnight. The reason I said it was bullshit is because it's not actually in the woods and its not real wilderness camping. :3

Pretty much. But the cool thing about your house is that you have your room, the basement, and the living room. I mean, I'm not gonna' impose an inordinate amount of people on your household in planning all this... but I also won't deny that the prospect of a parentless household is extremely appealing/convenient for this whole deal... you know? And I really don't think you'd have to worry much about things getting out of control or anything... I mean, I'm sure people would be respectful, you know? Maybe. Maybe some people could camp OUTSIDE Matt's house... like out back or something. Matt, would that be better?

I know this was tongue in cheek, but jetstar (cheap aussie flights) fly to honolulu, and tix are about 50% of tix to NYC.
No it was not tongue in cheek. I will totally fly there for a few days if other people are going to. It's like my second home. Just needs to be arranged in advance and not close to one of my other vacations like this Lancaster/NYC one, heh.

I know I'm about as far away from everyone as I can get (even the aussies), BUT if the meetup was here, I have my own house. 2 spare bedrooms, living room, deck, backyard, couches in the garage, cubbyhouse, foot of my bed, plenty of places for people to sleep.
