It looks cool, and the the early reviews sound pretty great. I wont play it right now though so I will probably wait for a sale of some sort.
Is anyone in the US willing to do me a solid and gift me Deus Ex Human Revolution, and let me paypal you the money? $7.50 US, $12.50 here.
Anyone want to tell me if the indie adventure pack is worth 10 bucks sometime within the next 9 hours?
Went ahead and increased my backlog based on this http://www.indiegamemag.com/steam-hosts-the-indie-adventure-bundle/
Started on Machinarium and it is indeed pretty cool shit, sort of like Myst mixed with the movie Robots. I just noticed that there was a new remake of Avernum released on Steam yesterday as well, which the Avernum series was a remake of Exile, a tactical RPG I used to play WAY back in the day. The trailer looks like it is pretty true to the Exile/Avernum style. Will definitely be getting that in the future (looking for it to hit 5 dollar range as well along with Grimrock). Man, lots of good tactical RPGs out lately....good stuff.

I just did. Fuck me is it fun. I just unlocked my first bronze key door. FUCK LIFE. Temporarily rage quit the game.
You are mistaken. The Alan Wake games have been considered very good ports, with higher res textures and much care given. They are after all originally a PC game company, and they took nearly 2 years to bring it to PC.
Spiffing, for some reason I confused Alan Wake and LA Noir I believe. I still can't justify getting Alan Wake just yet though as I have far too many games uncompleted and in a lot of cases unplayed, which is largely the fault of Steam and this thread.
