I'm not so much worried about his feelings as I am concerned about the implicit immaturity of making fun of someone for having an illness outside of their control. Immaturity (particularly the kind flaunted here on 5/8) can be a lot of fun, and I'm happy to partake myself--but for some reason this crosses a line for me. Might not be consistent or even reasonable, but oh well.
