Yes, because emotes make a board what it is.

Why do we need to steal, and then use inside-joke emotes from other sites? People that don't visit SA will have no clue of the context, and the smiley is not funny/relevant to anything at all by itself.

colbert? what does that smiley have to do with colbert? and what emotion is it supposed to reflect? The other one, tard, is obvious, and at least the sad smiley one represents a clear emotion, even if its name is stupid. But, whatever. I still don't understand why this hasn't been made into a smiley though:

i don't know why it's called colbert nor does it really matter. it looks like someone being serious, so that's what its for. in a mocking or satirical sense, of course.

Its called colbert because some people on SA wanted to make "" image as :crossarms: ...but some people made another one... "" and bought it (which is still :crossarms: as we know it, SW.) just to fuck with the guy who wanted "" to be :crossarms:

so they just changed it to : colbert : and I don't know why.
