If you have any threads you think should be archived either now or in the future, post them here! Threads that are currently active won't be archived, but after they pass epic status and become legendary, and have been around long enough, they'll be moved.
how will you rate this? will active threads be colored epic and when they become legendary will they be moved here?
Wayyy too many threads in here. Not everything is worth archiving. For example, boobie threads are awesome, but they're just cluttering up the place.
Yeah there's some great threads in here but some of them are really not worth archiving. This board should be the best of the best.

oops I didn't notice this and made a post in forum discussion. anyways I'd like to nominate my dateline/suicide (2 threads) threads from a few weeks ago. Not sure other peoples thought on that but I thought it was hilarious and bought on some good discussion. I agree some of these threads shouldn't be here. Perhaps we should make a standard for becoming an archived thread. Something like it needs to be nomiated then have 10 total votes (or some number) to be entered.
this section is a joke. when are you guys going to implement the ideas suggested here and in the forum suggestion forum.
The fetish thread really belongs in here. That was full of good stories, pics and debate. Slash's wank thread was pretty cool too. If only because it was the first time we could do that here.
I'd say the threads that lead up to the name change/etc are worthy of this place, I don't really think a vote is even needed for those.
Valon already has 2 threads in the archive...do we really need to give him more attention? Not to say that thread isn't entirely worth the laugh, but I vote against putting any more Valon-related stuff in the archive.
We're working on a new way to run the archive forum, no new additions will be made until then. Chances are current ones will have to be re-nominated and get enough votes to stay on as well. Stay tuned, we'll update you as soon as we have decided on how things will work.

Suggestion: make a sticky thread in Archives that is locked with a title of 'Legendary jpg thread'. Start a second thread in which members can post, nominating original content 5/8 jpgs that should be included in the Legendary jpg thread (modified memes are acceptable). Members are free to suggest their own creations - if it's worthy it will be added! By consensus or moderator discretion, add the jpgs to the locked sticky thread, and also include a link to the thread where the picture originated. Thread is ultimate win without all the BS posts and it will cut down on the archive requests for threads that contain only one or two funny pictures but are otherwise undeserving of archive status. In addition, only exceptional pictures from dedicated Photoshop threads should be included. Also jpgs can be removed if enough people agree.
