I like how they are high profile and seemingly dont just follow the trend of giving every game a 7-9 score. i also like how they dont just go for shocking low scores to get attention.

so.... i guess i like destructoid too.

the first time i heard him speak i thought the accent was fake.


i find their reviews to at least be more thoroughly written than most gaming sites, well written is just a matter of opinion and its not like any gaming site has top flight talent writing for them. im curious to know exactly what you are comparing these game reviews to Talon.

I'm British and even I think he sounds like a complete arsehole.

Podtoid always makes me laugh.

That guy is everything bad i associate with annoying fat people. Extrovert fat guys are the worst of the worst. Fat comedians need a ton of talent, to pass that annoying boundry.

lately ive been 50/50 on him in terms of my alignment with his views, and the tone/logic he uses in presenting them

yeah jim often turns around and uses the same logic he derides to hate on a game.

but taking him THAT seriously would just be a mistake in general. if you listen tot he podcasts he does with the other destructoid guys you hear a lot more of what he is actually like.
