Is it possible to vote to have a mod removed?

    Like if there was an open vote and the majority of posters thought the mod was doing a terrible job and should be stripped of their mod powers. I think it makes a lot of sense.

    I dunno, it seems like we wouldn't have a complete view of what any of the mods do, as we don't really have access to the administrative level of what goes on here. So any such poll would be based on a quite limited perspective.

    3289 members of 5/8 Forums. What % would be required to vote against a mod in order for them to be power-stripped? Even out of the active users, most wouldn't care to vote as most users never have altercations with the mods as they don't post total shit, so basically all the voters would be people who get infracted a lot and we'd probably end up with Elmo as a mod.

    Trust me, if it ever got so bad that a mod were to be voted off, I would've noticed long before you guys would have. I know some of these niggas have made mistakes, but they're new. They're making the right call most of the time.
