I've updated some things in this forum. If you feel your issue's been resolved, you can close your thread yourself and it will be moved into closed issues. The administration can also close issues naturally. If we do and you think your issue needs to be readdressed, you can re-open your thread for further discussion. It works a bit more like a ticket system now.
