I love this thing, even though I don't have a band and I only make music for myself nowadays.

Pretty sure I'm gonna buy one of these in the semi-near future. Sucks they don't ship to Canada though, gonna have to find someone in the US to receive it for me.

To buy one in the semi-near future you have to be able to GET one in the semi-near future. Unless you mean "shortly after I'm revived from cryogenic stasis."

You can buy them any time, they just cost $400 more. I may just wait though, 'semi-near future' covers the 4 month (or similar) waiting period :p

Are you sure about that? It says right on the page that there is a waiting list. It doesn't make any sense to me that there would be a waiting list and they'd be offering people discounts for waiting if they have the ability to just ship the product out right now.

$2600 now or $2200 later, that's how it works...

They have enough available to meet the demand of people willing to pay $2600 (sort of, it goes from in stock to out of stock a fair bit), but not enough for people only willing to pay $2200. Or that's their scheme, at least.

That's good to know. It's an interesting marketing choice to continue to keep the waitlist open, but I'm sure a lot of people appreciate it.

Reached my spot on the waiting list, so i have thirty days to decide if i actually want this thing or not! Has anyone tested it out with bass? How are you liking it overall, prawn king?
