No, it's fine the way it is. Beyond that, it's the title of an artistic work, so the rules don't apply and it doesn't really matter anyway in my opinion. You can call it whatever you want, with whatever spelling or grammar you like.
Yeah, in English a noun used as a title or in any other non-sentence situation doesn't have to have an article in front of it.
