Remembrance is their best song, and it was fucking amazing live. Other than that they're pretty good, but not too exciting.

Mars to Sirius is probably their worst album. I don't understand why people jack off to it so much.

Backbone kicks my ass, even though it's a tad bit long and repetetive in the beginning. But in a way that makes the first official heavy groove that much more of a high.

    They rule.

    Being "overrated" means nothing.

Their new album comes out in October, and it's called "The Way Of All Flesh".
They're also touring Europe with In Flames later this year.

    edit: post above. ^^

    Good band, not great IMO.

Worthy enough for me to have all their albums on CD, plus Link Alive. Terra Incognita was hard to get, I actually emailed Gojira.

The cover features artwork created by vocalist Joe Duplantier.
Joe also drew the artwork for Gojira's previous album "From Mars to Sirius."
The new album was tracked in Los Angeles with producer Logan Mader (Cavalera Conspiracy, Soulfly) and at the band's home studio in Bayonne in the south west of France.

As Joseph Duplantier told TOTAL GUITAR magazine, the album deals with their vision about life and death.
"The Way Of All Flesh' is everything we go through until death". GOJIRA will tour as special guests with IN FLAMES in Europe in Sept/October with US tour dates for the fall to be announced shortly.
