Interesting. So, if this is real, and I have no reason to suspect it's not real, then one of two things just happened: 1. This proves that DUI Checkpoints are not 100% Kosher from a legal standpoint and the cops know it. Dude not answering the question was not compelled to comply in any way. or 2. The police determined that the guy was definitely not drunk based on his behavior and decided that pressing the issue with someone who is collecting names and badge numbers while filming the whole thing is probably not going to end well.

I find the video informational/educational. I like when rights are explained. However, sometimes it's just easier to say, "No. I have not had anything to drink." He's obviously trying to feel like a badass.
