I legit enjoy all game modes in Battlefield, although Deathmatch is the only mode that's much less dependent on how good your team is, in terms of how much fun you'll have. Rush can be downright awful if you have a shitty team.

Simplistic neanderthal. Why not just go play COD with the rest of those shooter barbarians.

Rush was a lot more fun on Bad Company 2... the maps were just a lot more open and catered to it way better

This game is really fucking good, though. Conquest is baller.

I enjoy conquest the most so far. For me it is what the core of the BF gameplay is about. I haven't really touched on TDM much, but going by strategy, conquest wins for me. It's just so much more interesting. Just going for kills can be mindless, but no doubt fun once in a while though.

Conquest definitely brings about the full "battlefield" experience. It encourages every facet of the game (vehicles, different class' abilities, strategy) to be employed at once. It's the most I've ever felt like being part of an actual war (LOL BECAUSE I KNOW SO MUCH ABOUT IT) in a videogame.

Rush was best in Bad Company. It sucked in BC2 and I haven't played it in BF3, yet. Conquest is too much fun.

64p conquest on metro is fucking retarded (but fun). it is exactly the same every time, with constant massacres at the stairs and escalators below point B. I killed 6 people at once with an RPG

So are there any guns people use that they think are really good? I just want something that is very accurate, doesn't have much recoil at all. Something I could use single shot but not as so as a sniper rifle. At the minute I'm using an M4 with a suppressor, the ACOG sight and foregrip (engineer). The single shot is quite easy to handle with not much recoil, but it doesn't do much damage. It seems like the weapon I have liked the most so far.

Support player here: I'm honestly tempted to continue using the M27 IAR with the Infrared sight, because it's so damn easy to look for enemies, and starting over with a gun without Infrared seems like a huge step back.

Depends on the level and situation. Obviously, levels with lots of indoor areas is a no go. And if you're in a situation where enemies are very mobile, it's probably not a good idea either.

Some levels, however, and you can rape with it.

Some funny shit I have noticed in this game:

The legs that shoot out in front of you when you hurdle something make me LOL every time. They looks they would be Joe's legs from Family Guy. They just kind of swing out there all hilariously.
    The grenade physics are lulzy.
Too many of the maps are foggy as shit and there are all kinds of weird light dynamics that make seeing people on those maps hard. This annoys the shit out of me.
Apparently your character can't just step over small shit on the ground. Too often I have to jump/hurdle over insignificant shit on the ground. It's annoying to get hung up on shit like that.
It takes too long to stand up and start moving from crouch or prone. This is especially crappy when you're trying to run away from fire.

Game is fun though. I really wish they would offer a FFA mode and some sort of bomb objective game type.

TDM is fun as hell on this game. I'm loving this. I usually couldn't play Battlefield games unless I was playing with friends but I've been loving this by myself.

Damnit. Streak of shitty 1:1 games have ruined my nearly 2 k/d. I WILL AVENGE MYSELF! E: There we go, back from 1.75 to 1.92.

I gotta say. These maps are annoyingly samey. You've got like.. 3 Docks/buildings maps. 2 Towns with spirally stairs. :/ Really could use some better maps. Caspian might be pretty awesome in Conquest, but it is ridiculously annoying in TDM.

No. Not for awhile, at least.

In any event, finally got my milestone, now to keep it roughly there.

1 Question: How do I take screenshots? Print Screen only copied a blank screen. None of the F's worked either.

1 Tip: Jumping makes you move quicker than even sprinting with Sprint>>. Don't try to bunny hop, but sprint forward, jump.. land a step or two to maintain sprint speed.. jump again. Keep doing this, and you'll zoom around the map faster than anyone else is.

2 Tip: On shitty town maps(Seine/Metro), pick a building in the middle of all the action and patrol the stairs. When moving to the other set of stairs in the building(Metro), utilize the jumpsprint method to zoom to it quickly. Don't fuck with ADS and just plow everyone. For added ease, use the tac light to blind people trying to get you. Your enemy here will be a shotgun, but as long as you're quicker on the draw, you should be okay. Little known fact: Jumping doesn't seem to fuck with accuracy of guns at all. I'm pretty much ~20-2 every time these maps pop up now.
